  • Founder, CEO, and Executive Coach

    Coach Johnny Kohler is the founder and CEO of Kohler Solutions, where we are committed to helping our clients unlock their potential and maximize their life, leadership, and unique business opportunities.

    After serving as an executive business leader with Chick-fil-A for over 15 years where he has championed results and relationships all across the country, he is prepared to help your business thrive! He brings a wealth of knowledge around business operations, talent acquisition and retention, systematic thinking, financial stewardship and profitability, and a commitment to growing others in life and leadership. He has garnered consistently great business results by partnering with Chick-fil-A Owner/ Operators across the country and has multiplied his influence into the lives of many leaders and business owners within the brand of Chick-fil-A and beyond while relentlessly serving and leading in his local community. 

    Johnny is a graduate of Berea College, in Berea, KY where he studied Technology Management and Business Administration.  He is also an IAP Certified Executive Coach, a Member of the International Association of Professional Business Analysts, a Certified Behavioral Consultant and a member of the Terre Haute Chapter of Truth at Work.  Johnny is happily married to his wife Courtney and they are blessed to have three children.

    Hobbies/Passions: Leading Worship with Maryland Community Church, Chicago Cubs Baseball, and doing just about any activity with his family (especially exploring new places).

  • Social Media Manager

    Bree graduated from ISU with a Bachelors in Applied Health Sciences in 2018.

    She is wife to her amazing husband, Caleb and a stay at home mama to Jett. Bree currently works alongside Fellowship of Christian Athletes as an administrator running their social media and events. She has a heart of gold and loves using her social media gifts wherever she can!

    Bree is also a youth leader at Cross Tabernacle Church for Unashamed Student Ministries. Her and her husband Caleb own a local small business, Mosquito Masters of Terre Haute!

    Hobbies/Passions: Jesus. Family. Friends. Ministry. Music. Outreach. Sports. Playing outdoors with my son.

  • Executive Coach

    As a lifelong resident of Terre Haute, Brett is passionate and deeply committed to impacting our community through financial literacy, education, and entrepreneurship.

    Brett graduated from ISU with a degree in Business Management and is husband to his college sweetheart, Amber, and father to Lily and Max!

    For the past 3 years, Brett has been a stellar Business Teacher at Terre Haute North Vigo High School, an Innovate WithIN Program Sponsor, and Chick-fil-A Leader Academy Program Sponsor. He has YEARS of leadership and coaching experience serving as district manager overseeing 220 volunteers, being a graduate of the Wabash Valley Leadership Institute, serving as a co-chair of United Way of the Wabash Valley, being on the Financial Management Impact Counsel Development Team, and even more, bringing a unique blend and plethora of expertise to the table.

    Brett loves the Terre Haute community and is passionate about building up those around him!     Cassidy is a 2024 graduate from Terre Haute North High School. She is currently pursuing higher education at Indiana State University, with an intended double-major in Education and Business! She spent three years leading in Chick-fil-A’s Leader Academy and was involved in the launch year of Vigo County’s CEO program. She is an entrepreneurial spirit who is wicked talented at all she does!

    Hobbies/Passions: Camping. Reading. Baking. All things girly and crafty. Brunching with friends. Fishing with family.

  • Social Media Manager

    Cheyenne is an intelligent, vibrant soul at heart who is gifted in everything she does. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Art and Graphic Design and has over a decade of experience in the creative field.

    She is wife to her wonderful husband, and a homeschooling mama to an awesome little boy.

    Cheyenne is ready to serve you and bring your social media vision to life as we continue to grow and make room for new clients!

    Michael is a Certified Executive Coach and financial WIZARD! He has served the brand of Chick-fil-A for over 15 years and currently is the Director of Financial Return at Chick-fil-A Ocean View Hills in San Diego, CA. He also serves as the Ministry Leader for Church Without Walls!

    Michael is most excited about getting to challenge his clients so they can reach their fullest potential and using his experience to encourage, pass on, and develop those who are walking through what he has walked through!
